Rag and Bone Lady
In the morning, we are drawn together into one weave. By the evening, the fibres are already pulling apart. The rag and bone lady says that this is the nature of the fabric of life, wandering on, leaving the threads uncoiling behind her.
10 cm doll with hanging stand. Face carved from a cured avocado seed with quartz encrusted eyes, dressed with charms of boar's tooth, parrot's feather, goat's hair, deer's tail, tiger's eye stone, palo santo and an eclectic collection of rags, fabrics and threads.
